2011 XIVth Pacific Games
From august 27th to september 10th, 2011

The making of the NC 2011 logo is the result of an optimized balance taking into consideration the founding principles of the Games as much as their graphical translations.

Logo NC 2011 The logo principles are as follows :
The characters symbolize brotherhood between the athletes of the Pacific, but also represent movement and sports dynamics.

The hut is common to all the countries of the Pacific; it expresses meeting and sharing. It has been chosen in its most contemporary form, which is Tjibaou Cultural Centre, which marks the identity of New Caledonia.

The torch of the Games: the warm colours of the flame light up the hut, as well as the basin of the Games.

The colour blue symbolizes the ocean which is common to all our islands.
The signature “Pacific Attitude” is reminiscent of the spirit of peace and conviviality of the NC2011 Games.
